Island Women is a large non-profit on Pleasure Island whose mission is to support community outreach programs to provide a safe and healthy environment, to nurture education and literacy, to encourage and mentor women & to contribute to environmental improvements that enhance public spaces.

The Island Women approached us with the vision of their signature fundraising event, and we brought it to life as the "Flock of Food Trucks” at Carolina Beach Lake. More than just a gathering, this event became a must-visit attraction for tourists and locals alike. Ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere was paramount, and we delivered with an array of captivating activities, live bands, and of course, a plethora of food trucks, making it an extravaganza of fun and flavors.

Beyond the event logistics, our mission was to amplify The Island Women brand. We devised interactive touchpoints throughout the event, offering the organization numerous chances to engage directly with their attendees, fostering a deeper connection with their community.

A standout feature was The Island Women's merchandise store. Among the exciting items was their very own board game, which we brought to life, transforming it into an interactive experience for everyone to enjoy.
